dc.descriptionEl objeto de la investigación es determinar los facoters que limitan la realización de Papanicolaou en mujeres comerciantes del Recinto Ferial, Azoguen, septiembre 2018 - febrero 2019. La metodología aplicada es de tipo descriptivo, con un muestreo probabilislico, la muestra fue de 175 mujeres Como instrumento para la recolección de datos se aplicó una encuesta previamente validada por expertos. Los datos descriptivos se anallzaron en el programa SPSS versión 23, obteniendo resultados que se presentan tanto en tablas como en gráficos. Dentro de los resultados tenemos que un 55.4% de las encuestadas pertenecen a la edad adulta joven. 49.7% son casadas, el 39.4% alcanzan una primaria completa, 84.6% son católicas, 92% tiene hijos, 75% son multíparas, el 24.6% desconoce sobre el Papanicolaou, el 33.1% no se ha realizado nunca el examen de Papanicolaou. En relación al grado de conocimiento sobre el Papanicolaou, el 42.9% desconoce la frecuencia para realizarse la prueba. El 44% tiene un nivel de conocimiento insuficiente en relación al objetivo de realizarse; el 55.4% refleja un conocimiento insuficiente con respecto a las condiciones previas al tarnizaje cérvico uterino; el 50.3% desconocen de quienes deben realizarse dicha prueba. Los factores que limitan la realización del PAP-TEST es el descuido con un 24.6%, seguido por la falta de tiempo y la vergüenza hacia el personal que realiza este examen con un 22.9%, 131% temor a realizarse la prueba, 11.4% temor a los resultados. Se concluye que la baja cobertura del tarnizaje cervicouterino, se debe a que la población investigada no cuenta con información precisa sobre el PAP, siendo el descuido un factor lirnitante para que las mujeres comerciantes no se realicen el Papanicolaou.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe object of the investigation is to determine the factors that limit the realization of Papanicolaou in women merchants of the Recinto Ferial, Azogues, September 2018 - February 2019. The applied methodology is descriptive, with a probability sampling, the sample was 175 women As an instrument to data collection was applied a survey previously validated by experts. The descriptive data was analyzed in the SPSS version 23 program, obtaining Results are presented both in tables and graphs. within the results we have that 55.4% of the respondents belong to adulthood young man. 49.7% are married, 39.4% complete primary school, 84.6% are Catholic, 92% have children, 75% are multiparous, 24.6% are unaware of the Pap smear, 33.1% have never had a Pap smear. In In relation to the degree of knowledge about the Pap smear, 42.9% do not know the frequency for testing. 44% have a level of knowledge insufficient in relation to the objective to be realized; 55.4% reflect knowledge insufficient with respect to the conditions prior to cervical screening; the 50.3% do not know who should have this test done. The factors that limit the performance of the PAP-TEST is carelessness with 24.6%, followed by lack of time and embarrassment towards the staff who performs this exam with a 22.9%, 131% fear of taking the test, 11.4% fear of the results.
