| dc.description | El trabajo titulado “DISEÑO DEL ANTEPROYECTO DEL PARQUE CENTRAL DE LA PARROQUIA SUSUDEL DEL GOBIERNO AUTONOMO DESCENTRALIZADO DEL CANTÓN SAN FELIPE DE OÑA” se realizó mediante información recopilada sobre el área de estudio y su entorno, aquí se identifica las necesidades de la población en lo que se refiere a espacios de recreación deportiva y social \nSe realiza una investigación bibliográfica que ayude a la elaboración del anteproyecto, enfocado en el estudio de tipos de parques existentes como el Eastside City Park, el Parque Urbano Kaukari y el Parque Dragonfly / v-architecture, para la aplicación de características similares en el anteproyecto. \nSe presenta una recopilación de información para la elaboración del diagnóstico del anteproyecto del parque, que servirá para determinar el estado actual del sitio de estudio generando criterios de diseño que se aplicaran en el anteproyecto de acuerdo a las necesidades existentes. \nSe describe la propuesta planteada de acuerdo a los criterios de diseño y necesidades de la población, el cual abarca diferentes espacios interrelacionados mediante terrazas y camineras con pendientes que incluyen a las personas con capacidades diferentes, se elabora una descripción del porqué del diseño del anteproyecto. También se elabora un presupuesto aproximado para el Parque Central de la Parroquia de Susudel. \nFinalmente con el trabajo se logra los objetivos planteados, conociendo las características del lugar corrigiendo los problemas existentes y aprovechando las ventajas del sector para la elaboración de un diseño que no altere el paisaje urbano existente en el sitio de estudio. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | The paper entitled “BLUEPRINT DESIGN OF THE CENTRAL PARK IN THE SUSUDEL PARISH OF THE AUTONOMOUS DECENTRALIZED GOVERNMENT OF THE SAN FELIPE CANTON OF OÑA” was carried out by the information gathered from the studied area and its surroundings, identifying the needs of the population in regards for sports and recreational spaces. \nMaking a bibliographical research that helps the preliminary draft, based on the study of existing parks like the Eastside City Park, the Kaukari Urban Park and the Dragonfly Park / v-architecture, to apply similar characteristics in the draft. \nPresenting a compilation of information for the development of the diagnosis draft of the park, which will help to assess the current state of the studied site creating a design criteria to be applied in the draft according to the needs. \nDescribing the proposal according with the design criteria and the needs of the population, which includes different areas interrelated with terraces and roadsides with slopes including people with disabilities, a description of why the draft design is made. An estimated budget for the Central Park in the Susudel Parish is also made. \nFinally with the research the objectives established were accomplished, knowing the characteristics of the place and correcting the current problems and taking advantage of the area for the development of a design that does not disturb the existing urban landscape in the site of study. | es_ES |
