| dc.description | Esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar los derechos que poseen las personas en situación de refugiado que se encuentran en el Ecuador y el efectivo respeto y cumplimiento de estos derechos por parte del Estado. El Ecuador es el país de América del Sur que recibe al mayor número de personas con necesidad de protección internacional, por lo cual se ha visto en el compromiso de crear y suscribir una normativa necesaria en cuanto a esta temática para regular el tema del refugio. La Constitución al ser el principal cuerpo legal de nuestro país cuenta con varios artículos en los cuales se establecen los derechos y obligaciones de las personas refugiadas, así mismo el Ecuador ha suscrito y ratificado varios tratados y convenios internacionales sobre movilidad humana y refugio, sin embargo, aun cuando estos derechos se encuentran plenamente vigentes no se cumplen efectivamente ya sea por desconocimiento o falta de interés tanto de la población local, de las autoridades e inclusive de la misma población refugiada. Por este motivo para el desarrollo de la presente investigación se ha optado por la aplicación de los métodos analítico-sintético e inductivo, pues se estudiará la bibliografía, así como la normativa existente en cuanto al tema y la hipótesis propuesta. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | The main objective of this research is to determine the rights of persons in refugee situations in Ecuador and the effective respect and observance of these rights by the State. Ecuador is the country in South America that receives the largest number of people in need of international protection, which is why it has been committed to creating and signing necessary regulations regarding this issue to regulate the refuge issue. The Constitution is the main legal body of our country has several articles in which the rights and obligations of refugee are established, likewise Ecuador has signed and ratified several international treaties and conventios on human mobility and refuge, however Even though these rights are fully in force, they are not effectively fulfilled either due to ignorance or lack of interest of both the local population, the authorities and even the refugee population itself. For this reason for the development of the present investigation has opted for the application of the analytical-synthetic and inductive methods, since the bibliography will be studied, as well as the existing regulations regarding the subject and the proposed hypothesis. | es_ES |
