| dc.description | El presente trabajo investigativo analiza la Propiedad Intelectual y la necesidad de combatir la piratería; esto implica conocer cuáles son los Derechos de Autor cómo son vulnerados en la actualidad, ya que se ha evidenciado que la Propiedad Intelectual es de gran importancia a nivel mundial empero que en Ecuador aún no se aplican las leyes necesarias para el cuidado de estos derechos. Se ven perjudicados en sus actividades laborales y a los ingresos del Estado, pero a través de las nuevas políticas públicas que están naciendo y los nuevos métodos de incorporación a la Propiedad Intelectual hace que sea un gran avance que no existían y que esto permitirá un mejor desarrollo que beneficie a los autores. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | This research document analyzes Intellectual Property and the need to deal with piracy; this implies knowing what the author´s rights are and how they are currently violated, since it has been demonstrated that Intellectual Property is of great importance worldwide, even though, in Ecuador, the necessary laws for the care of these rights have not yet been applied. This prejudices people in their labor activities and the State income; but through the new public policies that are being elaborated and the new methodos of Intellectual Property incorporation, it could be observed a great advance that did not exist before and, consequently, this will allow a better development that benefits the authors. | es_ES |
