| dc.description | contaminación visual, auditiva y además representa una agresión al patrimonio. Por la forma en la que se maneja el diseño obsoleto, no cumple la demanda de la ciudadanía y hace que el espacio no sea entendido como el medio vinculante y relacionante entre el espacio público y sus ciudadanos. De esta manera, se evidencia que el espacio público patrimonial en cuestión, necesita con urgencia un análisis más profundo que ayude a conservar el patrimonio como tal, pero que satisfaga necesidades acordes a la época, con lo que la tecnicatura contemporánea de la plaza pretende establecer un anteproyecto en el cual se conserve el patrimonio siguiendo los lineamientos básicos de la UNESCO y otros, pero sin descuidar la parte contemporánea que no solo se reflejara en el diseño sino también en la incorporación de la parte tecnológica, sostenibilidad y sustentabilidad. La propuesta de anteproyecto de la plaza San Francisco incorporara espacios verdes para colaborar con la huella ecológica necesaria en el país, el usos de jardineras que embellecen el lugar, es un plaza de carácter lineal para no intervenir en el desarrollo del contexto arquitectónico inmediato, incorpora la peatonización de la calle San Francisco convirtiéndola en un espacio para el comercio, de esta manera se libera los portales de las casas patrimoniales y ayuda a la conservación del mismo, se incorporan espacios de descanso que servirán para que los usuarios observen la arquitectura que ofrece el lugar, el carácter comercial de la plaza se mantiene, pero se libera el espacio para eventos de carácter público y cívicos, para dichos eventos se plantea un escenario de arquitectura simple frente a la calle Padre Aguirre ya que aquí no existen edificaciones de carácter patrimonial. De esta manera se pretende dar solución a las necesidades de los potenciales usuarios y seguir los lineamientos de conservación del patrimonio de la cuidad. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | This research discusses the treatment and contemporary technical analysis of the Plaza San Francisco in Cuenca, analyzes and verifies the current state of the plaza where the realities of the heritage public space, which has become a center of visual pollution, aural and also represents an aggression against the heritage, the way in which the design is handled is obsolete, does not fulfill the demand of citizens and makes the space not treated as the binding and the relating between public spaces and its citizens. Thus it is evident that the heritage public space in question, urgently needs further analysis to help preserve the heritage as such, but satisfying needs in keeping with the era, bringing contemporary technic to the plaza which aims to establish a draft in which the heritage is preserved following the basic guidelines of the UNESCO and others, but without overlooking the contemporary part which not only reflects in the design but also in the incorporation of the technological part, sustainability. The proposed draft of the San Francisco Plaza incorporates green spaces to cooperate with the ecological footprint needed in the country, the use of flower boxes to adorning the place, a linear plaza characterized not intervening on the development of direct architectural context, incorporates the street San Francisco into a pedestrian turning it into a space for trading, in this way the portals of the heritage houses frees and helps the preservation of it, rest areas that will serve users which can observe the architecture that offers incorporated into the place, the commercial nature of the plaza is maintained, but the space for public and civic events, for these a scenario of simpler architecture is proposed across the Padre Aguirre street because there are no buildings of heritage nature.
