dc.descriptionLa parroquia de Ricaurte pertenece al cantón Cuenca, ubicada al noreste de la ciudad, la cual mantiene un desarrollo acelerado de vivienda, estos cambios generados al uso de suelo exigen lugares que permita la interacción socio cultural de sus habitantes a través de la creación de espacios de recreación y esparcimiento. El presente trabajo se realizó con la finalidad de colaborar con el gobierno autónomo descentralizado de la parroquia de Ricaurte, en el diseño del parque Señor de Burgos, porque en la actualidad se cuenta con el espacio pero no con el estudio y proyecto arquitectónico, lo cual representa deterioro y abandono del lugar. Después de realizar un análisis al lugar y obtener las necesidades y expectativas que tiene los pobladores, se vio la necesidad de recuperar el espacio y generar un proyecto que cuente con áreas verdes para la recreación activa, pasiva y para el esparcimiento de todos los usuarios, evitando así la degradación del paisaje y la imagen urbana del lugar, sin olvidarnos del medio ambiente, promoviendo el uso correcto de materiales sostenibles y tecnología amigable para el bienestar del planeta.es_ES
dc.description.resumenThe Ricaurte parish belongs to the Cuenca canton, located in the northeast of the city, maintains a continuously an accelerated growth of housing, these changes in soil use require an appropriate space to allow socio-cultural interaction of its inhabitants through the deployment of recreational and leisure spaces. This work was carried out in order to cooperate with the Autonomous Decentralized Government (GAD) of the parish of Ricaurte, in the design of the Señor de Burgos Park, since it currently has the space but without an appropriate study and architectural design, which outcomes in damage and abandonment of the place. After performing an analysis of the site and obtaining the requirements and expectations of its inhabitants, and the necessity to recover the space and build a project which will have green areas for active and passive recreation for all the users, thus preventing the degradation of the landscape and also the urban image of the place, without forgetting the environment, by promoting the proper use of sustainable materials and friendly technology for the welfare of the planet.es_ES
