Propuesta de recuperación del Mirador Alto con un sistema constructivo basado en el uso del ladrillo de la Ciudad de Cariamanga-Calvas-Loja

Abstract

In this study, we will determine the functional and constructive aspects of the use of brick will be determined. Currently, the Mirador Alto area does not have an appropriate infrastructure for cultural and recreational activities, which is essential for local development at the urban architectural level. The project aims to generate value and recover the cultural identity. Therefore, the main objective was considered to be the “Proposal for the Recovery of the Mirador Alto with a Constructive System Based on the Use of Brick in the City of Cariamanga - Calvas - Loja". The research will be descriptive, focusing on the analysis of references, theoretical bases, data collection, diagnosis of the intervention area, and documentation. The characteristics and needs of the neighborhood’s inhabitants will be analyzed to determine the activities to be developed. Finally, a preliminary project is proposed with techniques and strategies for brick uses and rigging through diagnosis, field studies, diagrams, and construction details, thereby generating a guide for training and continuous improvement of uses and regulations at the urban architectural level for professional and educational use.
