| dc.description | El Síndrome hepatorrenal es la disfunción renal a causa de una disminución en el flujo renal secundario a una enfermedad hepática crónica como la cirrosis hepática o una enfermedad hepática aguda. Por lo tanto, ocasiona una disminución en la tasa de filtrado glomerular. En su clasificación se reconoce a dos tipos, el AKI que se caracteriza por un deterioro rápido y progresivo de la función renal y Non-AKI por un deterioro lento, pero con mejor pronóstico. Esta patología representa una alta tasa mortalidad por lo que el diagnóstico oportuno será clave para un tratamiento exitoso | |

Causing a decrease in the glomerular filtration. In the classification there are two types recognized, AKI, which is characterized by a rapid and progressive deterioration of kidney function, and Non-AKI, by a slow deterioration, but with a better prognosis.
