| dc.description | Antecedentes: El Tamizaje Metabólico Neonatal (TAMEN) es un programa preventivo, creado para detectar enfermedades metabólicas las cuales son poco frecuentes, buscando la detección temprana, seguimiento y tratamiento oportuno con el fin de impedir o aminorar secuelas físicas como neurológicas que conllevan estas patologías en el neonato.\nObjetivo: Identificar el porcentaje de las enfermedades diagnosticadas mediante el Programa Tamizaje Metabólico Neonatal del Ministerio de Salud Pública, en los Distritos 01D01 y 01D02 de la ciudad de Cuenca, desde el año 2011 hasta el año 2017.\nMateriales y métodos: Estudio de tipo retrospectivo con enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, se aplicó una ficha de recolección de datos. El universo constituido por recién nacidos diagnosticados con una enfermedad metabólica desde diciembre del año 2011 hasta el 2017. Los datos del Programa TAMEN-MSP Zonal 6 de Salud e historias clínicas de centros y subcentros de los Distritos 01D01 y 01D02, fueron procesados a través del Programa Estadístico Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versión 24.\nResultados: Existieron 58.968 nacimientos en Cuenca desde Noviembre de 2011 al año 2017, registrando 46.076 tamizados, hallando 27 casos positivos confirmados, siendo el hipotiroidismo la patología más frecuente con 51%.\nConclusiones: El año con mayor número de nacimientos es el 2015 con 10.374, la mayor cobertura se alcanza en el 2016 con 7.928 tamizados, este año no existen casos positivos, siendo el año 2014 con mayor porcentaje de patologías registradas, 8 casos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | Background: The Screening Metabolic Neonatal (TAMEN) is a preventive program, created to detect metabolic diseases which are rare, looking for the early detection, monitoring and timely treatment in order to prevent or minimize physical consequences as neurological that entail these pathologies in the neonate.\nObjective: To identify the percentage of the diseases diagnosed through the Program Screening metabolic neonatal of the Ministry of Public Health, in the Districts 01D01 and 01D02 of the city of Cuenca, from the year 2011 until the year 2017.\nMaterials and methods: The studio type retrospective study with quantitative approach, design non experimental, transversal, applied a tab of data collection. The universe consisting of Newborns diagnosed with a metabolic disease since December of the year 2011 until 2017. The Program data TAMEN-MSP Zonal 6 Health and medical histories of centers and subcenters Districts 01D01 and 01D02, were processed through the statistical program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24.\nResults: There were 58.968 births in Cuenca from November 2011 to year 2017, registering 46.076 sifted, finding 27 positive cases confirmed, being the hypothyroidism is the most frequent pathology with 51%.\nConclusions: The year with the highest number of births is the 2015 with 10.374, the highest level of coverage is reached in the 2016 with 7.928 screened this year there are no positive cases, being the 2014 with the highest percentage of pathologies registered 8 cases. | es_ES |
