dc.descriptionEn el presente trabajo se analizará la vulneración del interés superior del niño a causa del trabajo infantil, en los mercados de la ciudad de Cuenca durante el año 2017, para ello se realizó un estudio minucioso de la problemática en las ferias libres de la ciudad obteniendo la información mediante la técnica de encuestas, a más de revisión de doctrina, antecedentes históricos del trabajo infantil, normativa y un punto de vista claro de tal circunstancia. La investigación realizada dio como resultado que un gran indice de niños cuyas madres tienen un lugar en los mercados, realizan algún tipo de trabajo, dejando a un lado actividades propias de su edad, por lo tanto, la explotación infantil ha venido siendo uno de los problemas sociales más antiguos en la sociedad, tanto así que, a pesar de estar completamente prohibido, el mismo, en la actualidad sigue existiendo.es_ES
dc.description.resumenIn the present work will be analyzed the violation of the best interests of the child because of child labor, in the markets of the city of Cuenca during the year 2017, for this a thorough study of the problem was made in the free fairs of the city. Obtaining the information through the technique of surveys, over review of doctrine, historial background of child labor, regulations and a clear point of view of such circumstance, The research carried out showed that a large number of children whose mothers have a place int he markets, perform some kind of work, leaving aside activities specific to their age, therefore, child exploitation has been one of the older social problems in society, so much so that, despite being completely forbidden, it still exists today.es_ES
