dc.descriptionEn la actualidad existe una gran cantidad de empresas que ofrecen servicios de movilización a diferentes lugares del país, estos pueden ser por turismo o para trasladarse a los aeropuertos del país. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo describir los procesos de desarrollo de un prototipo de iste de reservas web par la empresa de transporte turístico Paladín Tours, el mismo que permite organizar y automatizar procesos, de esta manera agilitará trámites que pueden resultar demorados e incómodos para los clientes de este empresa. Esta propuesta de prototipo está divida en tres capítulos: capitulo I se establece el problema y los objetivos. El capítulo II está constituido por le marco teórico. El capítulo III contiene el desarrollo del prototipo, así como también el análisis y los resultados obtenidos.es_ES
dc.description.abstractCurrently there is a large number of companies that ofter mobilization servicies to different parts of the country, these can be for tourism or to move to the different aisports in the country. The aim of this study is to describe the development processes of a prototype of a web reservation system for the tourist transport company Paladín Tours, the same one that same one that allows organizing and automating certain processes, thus speeding up procedures that may be delayed and uncomfortable for the company´s clients. This prototype proposal is divided into three chapters: Chapter I establishes the problem and the objectives. Chapter II is made up of the theoretical framework. Chapter III contains the development of the prototype, as well s the analyses and the results obtained.es_ES
