| dc.description | En el presente trabajo de investigación, se analiza el tipo penal Femicidio con relación a las sentencias emitidas por el "Tribunal de Garantías Penales del Azuay", con el objetivo de Identificar los problemas conceptuales y probatorios del tipo penal Femicidio regulado en el COIP, en los casos sentenciados en la provincia del Azuay en el primer semestre del 2017. A través del derecho comparado, dogmática jurídica y su tipificación en diversas legislaciones. Así también se procederá a la recopilación de información de casos de Femicidio y sus sentencias, mismas que han sido emitididas en el primer semestre del año 2017 por el tribunal de garantíass en donde se podrá determinar que la descripción del tipo penal Femicidio en el COIP, no basó para reducir este delito, por lo que es necesario abordar el tema de prevención de violencia al género femenino, así como también recomendar el involucramiento de la sociedad con un trabajo conjunto con los Organismo Gumernamentales en materia de prevención | es_ES |

Through comparative law, legal dogmatics and its classification in various legislations. This will also proceed to the collection of information on cases of Femicide and its sentences, which have been issued in the first half of 2017 by the court of guarantees where it can be determined that the description of the criminal type Femicide in the COIP.
