dc.description | Antecedentes: La cefalea postpunción Raquídea puede producirse por lesión de la duramadre de cualquier etiología, con una incidencia entre 1% y 85%, se consideran factores: edad, sexo, antecedentes de cefalea, posición del paciente, característica de la aguja, entre otros.\nObjetivo: Determinar la prevalencia y los factores asociados a la cefalea postpunción de anestesia raquídea dentro de las primeras 48 horas en pacientes operados en el Hospital Santa Inés durante los meses de febrero- julio 2015.\nMateriales y Métodos: Estudio cualitativo descriptivo con una muestra de selección intencional de 65 pacientes que cumplieron criterios de inclusión. Los análisis estadísticos se realizaron con SPSS y EpiData Software.\nResultados: El promedio de edad fue 40,23 años, el 76.9% son de sexo femenino. La prevalencia de la muestra estudiada (65 pacientes) fue de 11,6% (14 pacientes), la incidencia global fue de 22%, el 78,5% no presentaron cefalea postpunción, el 64.6% no han padecido cefalea anteriormente a la intervención quirúrgica realizada, el 95,4% no tuvo antecedentes de migraña, el 86,2% se les realizó punción a nivel lumbar a partir de L2-L3, el número de aguja 27 fue utilizado en el 58,5% de pacientes, el 67.7% recibieron anestesia en posición sentada, al 87.7% se les aplicó Bupivacaína, el 87.7% recibió ≤12,5 mg de anestesia. El tipo de anestesia aplicada es un factor de riesgo, con una prevalencia de 2,85.\nConclusiones: El tipo de anestesia es un factor de riesgo, una persona que se someta a anestesia raquídea con bupivacaína tiene 2,85 veces más probabilidad de padecer cefalea postpunción. | es_ES |
dc.description.resumen | Background: Post puncture Spinal headaches may result from any etiology dura mater injury, with an incidence between 1% and 85%, are considered as factors: age, sex, previous history of headache, patient position, characteristics of the needle, among others.\nObjective: To determine the prevalence and factors associated to spinal anesthesia post puncture headache within the first 48 hours in patients operated at Santa Ines Hospital through February - July 2015.\nMaterials and methods: Descriptive qualitative study with an intentional selection sample of 65 patients who met inclusion criteria. Statistical analyses were performed with SPSS and EpiData Software.\nResults: The average age was 40,23 years, the 76.9% are female. The sample prevalence (65 patients) was 11.6% (14 patients), the overall incidence was 22%; the 78.5% had not post puncture headache, the 64.6% have not suffered any headache previously to the performed surgery, the 95.4% did not have migraine at their clinical history, the 86.2% received lumbar puncture from L2-L3 in which needle number 27 was used for the 58.5% of patients, the 67.7% received anesthesia in sitting position, Bupivacaine was applied to the 87.7%, the 87.7% received ≤12, 5 mg of anesthesia. The type of anesthesia applied is a factor of risk, with a prevalence of 2.85.\nConclusions: The type of anesthesia used is a risk factor, a person who receives spinal anesthesia with bupivacaine is 2.85 times more likely to suffer from headache post puncture. | es_ES |
