| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación, se basa principalmente en la elaboración de un Diseño de anteproyecto Arquitectónico del Mini Complejo Deportivo en la ciudad de Catacocha, que comprende cuatro zonas: administrativa, de servicio, deportiva, y esparcimiento-relajación, todas estas con sus respectivos sub-ambientes.\n\nPara la planificación y diseño del anteproyecto, se partió del conjunto de necesidades y requerimientos planteadas por el GAD de Paltas, que fueron posteriormente corroboradas a través de estudios e investigaciones como: el déficit de espacios deportivos y la falta de actividad física de la población paltense, que son los principales motivos que están afectando su salud física y mental. En tal virtud, se hace indispensable implementar de manera prioritaria dicho proyecto, que hace énfasis en la aplicación de los criterios de la Arquitectura Sostenible, tales como: ahorro de energía, captación pluvial, paneles solares, aprovechamiento de la luz y ventilación natural, muebles o materiales sustentables, cultura del reciclaje y menor consumo de agua, con la finalidad de que el diseño del anteproyecto sea una aporte para la conservación del medio ambiente.\n\nEs fundamental el análisis e investigación de los diferentes elementos que componen el cuerpo de este trabajo, para lo cual hemos abarcado cuatro capítulos. Estos son: Levantamiento de información, Normativas, Proceso de Desarrollo del Anteproyecto, Desarrollo del Anteproyecto.\n\nEn el primer capítulo, contamos con toda la información referente al cantón Paltas, estudiamos los ámbitos más influyentes como: Ubicación, población, infraestructura, turismo, comercio, transporte, y lo más importante, analizamos el ámbito deportivo para determinar su historial, sus características, su infraestructura, el déficit con respecto a los espacios públicos deportivos, todo esto para confirmar y respaldar las necesidades planteadas por el GAD de Paltas.\n\nEn el segundo capítulo, se hace referencia a toda la información que normará el proyecto tal cual es: la normativa urbana y deportiva, las ordenanzas municipales, las tipologías de Mini Complejos Deportivos, los criterios para generar un proyecto sostenible, determinando las necesidades básicas que conformarán el proyecto.\n\nEn el tercer capítulo, se plantearán los elementos y componentes del anteproyecto que estarán acordes a la arquitectura sostenible. \n\nEn el capítulo final, se realizará el proceso del anteproyecto obteniendo finalmente, la propuesta arquitectónica del Mini Complejo Deportivo. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | The present research work is mainly based on the development from a Design of preliminary draft Architectural of the Mini Sports Complex in the city of Catacocha, it comprises four zones: administrative, sports, amusement-relaxation and service. All these with their respective sub-environments\n\nFor the planning and design of the preliminary draft, it departed of the set of need and requirements by GAD de Paltas, which were subsequently corroborated through studies and investigations as: the deficit of sports space and the lack of physical activity in the population paltense which are the main reasons that are affecting their physical and mental health.\n\nAs such, it becomes indispensable the implementation on a priority manner of this project, which emphasizes in the application of the criteria of sustainable architecture, such as: energy conservation, rainwater harvesting, solar panels, use of natural light and natural ventilation, furniture or sustainable materials, recycling culture and less consumption of water, in order that the design of the preliminary draft be a contribution for the conservation of the environment.\n\nIs fundamental the analysis and research of the different elements that make up the body of this work, for which we have covered four chapters that indicate the development process of the same. These are: Information gathering, Regulations, Process of development from preliminary draft, Development of preliminary draft.\n\nIn the first chapter, we have all the information referring to the canton Paltas, we studied the most influential scopes such as: location, population, infrastructure, tourism, trade, transportation, and most importantly, we analyzed the sports scope to determine its history, characteristics, infrastructure, the deficit regarding sporting public spaces, all of this to confirm and support the needs raised by the GAD de Paltas.\n\nIn the second chapter, is referred all the information that will regulate the project as: the urban and sporting normative, the municipal bylaws, the typologies of Mini Sports Complex, the criteria to generate a sustainable project, determining the basic needs that conforms the project.\n\nIn the third chapter, the elements and components of the preliminary draft that will be commensurate with sustainable architecture\n\nIn the final chapter, will be performed the process of preliminary draft finally obtained, the proposal architectural of Mini Sports Complex. | es_ES |
