Resumen
In this thesis, the required actions to achieve an equal distribution of wealth will be examined, as well as the steps to be followed in order to fulfill the principle of parity as an effective measure to ensure that both men and women have equal access to a political career. Based on history in how it was shaped and who created the right to interpret as the science that is assumed to be liberal and protective, it may have been so unequal, and as a possible explanation for this, parity is considered in order to guarantee the rights of sharing, the relevance of modifying the structure of the system through which society directs its behavior, guided by customs and androcentric thinking that must be transformed for the benefit of human rights. By adapting the regulations according to the diversity, necessities and circumstances of its inhabitants, and by understanding the diversity of mankind in order to overcome the inequality that is evidenced by the statistics that demonstrate that political monopolies continue to be held by men.

En la tesis se analizará las acciones necesarias para llegar a una igualdad material, el camino a recorrer a fin de que se cumpla el principio de Paridad como medida afirmativa posibilitando que hombres como mujeres puedan acceder a la esfera política en igualdad de condiciones. Partiendo de la historia en cómo se conformó y quien creo el derecho para entender como la ciencia que se presupone liberadora y garantista, pudo ser tan desigual, y como solución a ello se plantea la paridad a fin de garantizar los derechos de participación, la importancia de cambiar el sistema estructural por el cual la sociedad rige sus conductas, guiados en costumbres y en pensamientos androcentrista que deben modificarse, en pro de los derechos humanos. Adecuando la normativa según las diferencias, necesidades y realidades de sus habitantes, entendiendo la mixitud de la humanidad para superar así la desigualdad que se evidencia en las estadísticas que demuestran que el monopolio político aún les pertenece a los hombres
