| dc.description | Baños, es una de las Parroquias Rurales del cantón Cuenca, cuenta con todos los servicios básicos como: agua, luz, teléfono y alcantarillado; en sus últimos años ha tenido un crecimiento poblacional considerable, su infraestructura ha mejorado con el tiempo notablemente, pero existen aspectos que representan un problema en la parroquia, como es la edificación actual de la Junta Parroquial que su construcción se la ha ejecutado de una manera artesanal, sin ningún respaldo técnico, tanto en su planificación como en su construcción, siendo estos dos problemas los que ocasionan en la actualidad dificultades para desarrollar sus actividades exterior como interiormente. El aumento de la densidad poblacional y el pertenecer a una entidad pública, son problemas que tiene la edificación y que deben mejorar, por lo tanto se ve la necesidad de realizar un rediseño y ampliación arquitectónica del mismo, tanto en su funcionalidad como aspecto físico, mejorando de una manera considerable el trabajo diario y la calidad de atención a los habitantes.\nPor estas consideraciones, en este trabajo investigativo se han realizado cinco capítulos muy importantes, para que se lleve a cabo un buen manejo en el anteproyecto.\nEn el primer capítulo, informaré sobre las generalidades de la parroquia Baños, como ha sido y es ahora en la actualidad, su ubicación, clima, población, historia, cultura, política, religión y sus equipamientos. \nEl segundo capítulo, trata del análisis urbano arquitectónico del sector, en donde se conocerá su tipología arquitectónica, uso y ocupación de suelo, usos del espacio, tránsito y transporte. \nEn el tercer capítulo, conoceré las necesidades para que exista una buena comodidad en la edificación, tanto con pobladores de la parroquia como las personas que trabajan diariamente en la misma, aquí aplicaré la encuesta, entrevistas, observación y un informe infraestructural del estado actual de la edificación.\nEl cuarto capítulo, se propone un trabajo de campo, donde se realizan: el Levantamiento Planimétrico y fotográfico de la edificación estado actual.\nPor último un quinto capítulo, que corresponde a todo el desarrollo del anteproyecto del rediseño y ampliación de la Junta Parroquial. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | Baños, is one of the Rural Parishes of the canton Cuenca, it has all the vital services such as: electricity, telephone and sewer system; in the last recent years it has had a considerable populational growth, its infrastructure has improved notably along the time, but there are aspects that represent a problem in the parish, such as the current construction of the Parrish Board which building has been carried out in a handmade way, without any technical supporting, as much in its planning as in its construction, being these two problems the ones that cause difficulties these days to develop their activities external and inwardly.\nThe increase of the populational density and belonging to a public entity are problems that the construction has and need to be improved, therefore it is necessary to carry out a redesigning and amplification, related to its functionality and its structure as well, improving in a considerable way the daily work and the quality of service to its inhabitants. \nFor these aspects on this Investigative Work, five chapters were made in order to assure carrying out a good preliminary draft project.\nOn the first chapter, we get to know about the general aspects of the Parrish of Baños; how it was and how it is currently, its location, climate, population, history, culture, politics, religion and their equipment. \nThe second chapter is about the architectural urban analysis of the sector where we get to know its architectural typology, use and soil occupation, uses of the space, traffic and transport. \nOn the third chapter, we get to know the necessities so that a good comfort will exist in the construction along with residents of the parish and people that work there; surveys, interviews, observation and an infrastructural report of the current state of the construction will be held. \nThe fourth chapter covers field work which carries out: the Planimetric and Photographical drawing of the current construction. \nFinally, a fifth chapter which corresponds to the whole development of the preliminary draft project of the redesigning and amplification of the Parish Board. | es_ES |
