dc.description	El alcance del proyecto es diseñar el sistema de alcantarillado sanitario para la comunidad de Pucaloma, Cantón Paute, Provincia del Azuay que de manera directa se beneficie al sector, con la finalidad de mejorar la calidad de vida de sus habitantes y a la consecución del buen vivir. En el presente trabajo de grado se presenta estudios en los cuales se establecieron diferentes bases de diseño las mismas que se adapten a la solución más conveniente y económica y además abarque todos los aspectos relacionados con la recolección, conducción y tratamiento de las aguas residuales. El estudio del sistema de alcantarillado sanitario se diseñó con los parámetros hidráulicos y sanitarios que rigen para este tipo de proyecto como es la norma del SENAGUA, INEN, INEC, además se utilizó la hoja electrónica de Excel para la tabulación de los diferentes parámetros de diseño. Se seleccionó un sistema de depuración de aguas residuales que sea viable y económicamente factible, fácil de construir con tecnologías convencionales apropiadas, fácil en su operación y mantenimiento y que no afecte al medio ambiente. El sistema está constituido por una fosa séptica y un filtro biológico. Los planos, fueron realizados en el programa digital Auto Cad 2010. De acuerdo al estudio de Evaluación de Impactos Ambientales y las afectaciones generadas directas e indirectamente por el proyecto se incluye un plan de manejo ambiental en la cual consta Plan de prevención y mitigación de impactos, de información y educación ambiental, de monitoreo ambiental, de seguridad e higiene del trabajo, de implementación de señales informativas, de relaciones comunitarias y de abandono y rehabilitación de zonas afectadas. La investigación incluye las especificaciones técnicas para los diferentes componentes y materiales necesarios para la construcción del proyecto. El presupuesto de las redes de alcantarillado sanitario y su planta de tratamiento se lo realizo con la base de datos del Municipio de Paute como también la programación de la obra se lo realizo usando el programa InterPro 2010. Se realizó una evaluación económica-financiera del proyecto en la cual se estima una tarifa de aportación mensual de cada usuario y además se tomaron en cuenta los beneficios directos hacia la comunidad y además se analizaron parámetros económicos como es beneficio/costo el cual muestra resultados favorables para la ejecución del proyecto.	es_ES
dc.description.resumen	The goal of the project is to design the sanitary sewer system for the community of Pucaloma, Paute Canton, Azuay Province, that directly benefit the sector, with the aim of improving the quality of life of its inhabitants and the achievement of good living. In this paper, it is presented studies in which there are established different bases of the same design to suit the most convenient and cost-effective solution and also covering all aspects related to the collection, conveyance and treatment of waste water. The study of the sewer system was designed with the sanitary and hydraulic parameters that govern this type of project as is the norm of SENAGUA, INEN, INEC, also the Excel spreadsheet for the tabulation of the different designs parameters were used. A system of waste water treatment was selected, is viable and economically feasible, easy to build with appropriate conventional technologies, easy in its operation and maintenance and does not affect the environment. The system consists of a septic tank and a biological filter. The plans were made in the Auto Cad 2010 digital program. According to the study \nof Environmental Impact Assessment and the direct and indirect damages generated by the project, it is included an environmental management plan in which appears a Plan of prevention and mitigation of impacts, environmental information and education, environmental monitoring, security features and health at work, implementation of informational signs, community relations and abandonment and rehabilitation of affected areas. The research includes technical specifications for the different components and materials needed to build the project. The budget of the sewerage networks and treatment plant was perform with the database of the municipality of Paute as it was performed the programming of work using the InterPro 2010 program. An economic and financial evaluation of the project was done, in which it was estimated a monthly contribution of each user and also it was taken into account the direct benefits to the community; there were was also analyzed the economic parameters were as it is the benefit / cost ratio which shows favorable results for implementing the project.	es_ES
