| dc.description | Este proyecto enfoca la necesidad de vivienda, existente en la parroquia Javier Loyola, lo cual en parte está siendo solventado por el Miduvi Cañar que entrega bonos de vivienda rural, para la realización de viviendas pequeñas.\n Se analizó la historia y realidad de la parroquia, para entender la cultura, costumbres, que han conservado o adquirido los habitantes.\n Se recurrió a instituciones como el Miduvi Cañar para definir los requerimientos mínimos, necesarios para implementar este proyecto, realizando estudios de todos sus componentes en los aspectos formales, funcionales, tecnológicos, de manera que su ejecución sirva para niños y adultos.\n Con la información recopilada e interpretada se realizó los estudios arquitectónicos de lotización, distribución de vías y equipamientos necesarios, seguido de un presupuesto aproximado de las viviendas propuestas para la ejecución del proyecto.\n Generando un proyecto de urbanización, que mejorara la calidad de vida de sus habitantes. | es_ES |
