| dc.description | Esta investigación contempla un estudio de las implicaciones jurídicas que surgen en las modalidades alternativas de transporte terrestre interprovincial de pasajeros en la ciudad de Cuenca, con lo que se pretende identificar la viabilidad legal de la regularización de la informalidad en el transporte interprovincial alternativo, para tal efecto, se utilizaré el método analítico-sintético que se enfocará en la fundamentación teórica, haciendo un análisis de la situación legal actual en el sector informal. Así también se utilizará el método inductivo-deductivo con el cual se podrá demostrar la falencia en la aplicación de la normativa por parte de las autoridades encargadas de control y regulación del transporte en el cantón. Finalmente, después de haber realizado el análisis del tema planteado en las condiciones actuales poder concluir que sí es factible la regularización del transporte interprovincial informal y que garantizará el goce efectivo de los derechos constitucionales, evitando todo tipo de consecuencias jurídicas. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | This investigation contemplates a study of the legal implications that arise in the alternative modalities of interprovincial ground transportation of passengers in the city of Cuenca, with what is intended to identify the legal viability of the regularization of informatlity in alternative interprovincial transportation, for such in effect, we will use the analytical-synthetic method that will focus on the theoretical foundation, making an analysis of the current legal situation in the informal sector. This will also use the inductive-deductive method with which it will be possibe to prove the failure in the application of the regulations by the authorities in charge of control and regulation of transport in the canton. Finally, after having made the analysis of the issue raised in the current conditions, we can conclude that the regularization of informal interprovincial transportation is feasible and that it will guarantee the affective enjoyment of constitutional rights, avoiding all kinds of legal consequences | es_ES |
