dc.descriptionLa presente investigación está basada en el análisis jurídico de las distintas resoluciones emitidas por la Sala de la Familia, Mujer, Niñez, Adolescencia de la Corte Provincial del Azuay en el primer semestre Enero-Junio del año 2016, que abarca la aplicación del Principio del Interés Superior de las Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes, específicamente en los casos de alimentos. Se ha evidenciado problemas argumentativos sobre su aplicación por lo que es importante la aplicación de criterios de Cortes internacionales, como los establecidos en la Jurisprudencia de la Corte Internacional de Derechos Humanos.es_ES
dc.description.resumenThe present investigation is based on the legal analysis of the different resolutions issued by the Family, Women, Chidhood and Adolescence Chamber o the Provincial Court of Azuay in the first semester January-June 2016, which includes tha application of the Principle of Higher Interest of Girls, Boys and Adolescents, specifically in alimony cases. Argumentative problems have been evidenced on its application, which is why it is important to apply criteria of International Courts, such as those established in the Jurisprudence of the International Court of Human Rights.es_ES
