Inyección de composite fluido técnica analógica vs técnica digital en el tratamiento de desgaste dental: reporte de caso

Abstract

The advance of technology has allowed changes to be made in oral rehabilitation and dental esthetics, providing shorter working times and reducing the risks that occur when using conventional materials for taking impressions, thus obtaining better results with greater clarity and at the same time reducing the discomfort that the patient has at the time of the impression. Two techniques can be used for smile design; analog and digital, the first presents greater risks that the operator cannot control, as well as more work and session time; on the other hand, the second shortens the session time and allows to obtain a more aesthetic smile design according to the needs and physical characteristics of the patient. This report describes oral rehabilitation in patients with dental wear. The treatment was carried out using analogical and digital techniques, using conventional waxing in the former and Exocad software in the latter. Finally, in both cases, the injection method was used with high-load Flow resin.
