dc.descriptionLa investigación aborda el diseño de una nueva imagen de Policía Comunitaria para el Centro Parroquial de El Valle, aquí se busca cambiar la imagen existente en la memoria del colectivo de estas entidades públicas. Para lo cual se indaga que es familiar para los habitantes de la zona, que los hace sentir más cercanos y seguros para generar en las personas un sentido de pertenencia hacia la institución y eliminar esa imagen fría y distante que se proyecta, promoviendo así la integración de la comunidad con los miembros de la institución para lograr un trabajo conjunto entre comunidad y policía, en donde el diálogo ayude a resolver los problemas de seguridad en la comunidad. Este concepto junto con un estudio ordenado y la búsqueda de armonía entre forma y función son las bases del proyecto.\n El proceso de diseño empieza con el estudio de las características del entorno en donde se emplazará el proyecto. A continuación, se analizan las necesidades que sirven de base para el estudio de las áreas en función de usuarios y mobiliario. Basado en el estudio físico espacial, se concluye que el edificio se adaptará a la topografía irregular y al paisaje natural predominante.\n La organización y relación de los espacios busca conectar todas las actividades para que el edificio funcione eficientemente; la zonificación se realiza gráficamente mediante geometrías con superficie igual a las calculadas en el estudio de áreas para así poder visualizar el espacio real que ocupará cada zona; con la zonificación ya establecida, se realiza el diseño funcional.\n El diseño de la forma tiene tres etapas: en la primera se realiza un boceto en donde se establecen conceptos que guiarán el proceso, a continuación se define una forma básica que nace del diseño funcional, y por último, con una forma básica definida y con los conceptos para el diseño de la forma claros, se realiza el diseño formal final.es_ES

dc.description.resumenThis research addresses the design of a new image of the Community Police for the Parochial Center of El Valle. It seeks to change the image of these public entities in the collective memory. It explores what is familiar to the inhabitants of the area, and what makes them feel closer and safer to generate in people a sense of belonging to the institution and to eliminate that cold and distant image that is displayed, thereby promoting integration of the community with members of the institution to achieve a partnership between police and community, where dialogue helps solve the security problems in the community. This concept, with a systematic study, and the search of harmony between form and function are the basis of the project.\nThe design process begins with the study of the features of the environment in which the project will be located. To continue, the needs that underlie the study of areas in terms of users and furniture are analyzed. Based on the study of the physical space, it is concluded that the building will be adapted to the uneven topography and the dominant natural landscape.\nThe organization and relationship of spaces aims to connect all the activities for the building to function efficiently. The zoning is done graphically through geometries with surface equal to the calculated in the study of areas in order to visualize the actual space occupied by each area; with the established zoning, the functional design is prepared. \nThe form design has three stages: in the first stage, a sketch that sets the concepts that will guide the process is done, then a basic form that comes from the functional design is defined, and finally, with a basic form design and with the concepts of the form clear, the final formal design is produced.es_ES
