| dc.description | OBJETIVO: Relacionar el ingreso económico y la ansiedad dental en adultos \nde 18 a 44 años de la parroquia Sucre de la ciudad de Cuenca, 2017. \nMATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: La metodología aplicada fue de tipo cuantitativo, \nel diseño fue caso-control y de técnica comunicacional, retrospectiva. La \nmuestra estuvo constituido por 246 pacientes de los cuales 123 casos y 123 \ncontroles que fueron seleccionados al azar de una base de datos que tenía un \ntotal 413 registros correspondientes a personas de 18 a 44 años. Los datos de \nobtuvieron de la base de datos EPI info 7.1, se utilizó el test EQ-SDAI. \nRESULTADOS: Los resultados obtenidos fueron: se encontró una mayor \ncantidad de casos con ansiedad en el sexo masculino con un 78 %, que en el \nsexo femenino con un 45 %. Pudimos constatar que la ansiedad se mantiene \ndurante las diferentes edades que tenga el paciente teniendo mayor cantidad \nde casos en la edad de 24 y 25 años, con un 11%, así mismo hay mayor \ncantidad de casos en personas de ingreso económico bajo con un 69% y con \ningreso alto un 54%. \nCONCLUSIÓN: El ingreso económico en este caso no es un predominante \npara la falta de atención médica odontológica; como pudimos darnos cuenta, la \nansiedad que estas personas presentan no se relaciona con el ingreso, en vista \nque personas tanto de ingreso alto, como bajo presentan ansiedad. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | AIM: To relate the economic income and the dental anxiety in adults from 18 to \n44 of the Sucre parish of the Cuenca city, 2017. MATERIALS AND METHODS: \nThe methodology applied was quantitative, the design was case-control and \ncommunication technique, retrospective. The sample consisted of 246 patients, \nof which 123 cases and 123 controls were randomly selected from a database \nthat had a total of 413 records corresponding to persons aged 18 to 44 years. \nThe data obtained from the EPI info 7.1 database, the EQ-SDAI test was used. \nRESULTS: The results obtained were: a greater number of cases with anxiety \nwas found in the male sex with 78%, than in the female sex with 45%. We were \nable to confirm that the anxiety is maintained during the different ages of the \npatient, having a greater number of cases in the age of 24 and 25 years, with \n11%, likewise there is a greater number of cases in people of low economic \nincome with a 69 % and with high income 54%. CONCLUSION: The economic \nincome in this case is not predominant for the lack of dental care; As we could \nsee, the anxiety that these people present is not related to income, given that \nboth high and low income people have anxiety. | es_ES |
