dc.descriptionEste documento abarca el diseño de un mercado minorista y la forma de aplicar en la fachada de este un muro de piedra contenido por una malla electrosoldada, construcción conocida como muro de gaviones. El mercado es un equipamiento que ha hecho falta por mucho tiempo y se ha vuelto indispensable para el desarrollo de la parroquia Baños, identificada esta necesidad se procede a resolverla mediante el anteproyecto arquitectónico. \n\nPara lo cual se hace un recorrido a través de la historia y evolución de este equipamiento alrededor del mundo y a nivel local, luego en una etapa de diagnóstico se analizan factores propios de la población de la parroquia y también de carácter arquitectónico. Para en la siguiente etapa programar los datos de lo investigado, y condensarlos en la información necesaria que dará vida al anteproyecto del mercado, de esta forma se solucionan los problemas y se aprovechan las virtudes de la parroquia, dando como resultado un proyecto integral, consciente de la realidad de la población, y del entorno natural y construido.\n\nA esto se añade la investigación de un sistema constructivo que sirve come revestimiento de fachada. Se elige el muro de gaviones por sus ventajas estéticas y constructivas, que permiten la durabilidad, el poco mantenimiento, la sencillez constructiva y porque permite utilizar la piedra como material principal, siendo esta muy característica de la parroquia Baños.es_ES

dc.description.resumenThis document is about the design of a retail market and the application of a stone wall held by an electrowelded wire mesh in the facade of the building, the construction is usually known as gabion wall. The market is an urban equipment which has been missing for a long time and it has become essential to the progress of the parish Baños, once this need is identified is time to solve it through the preliminary design.\n\nTo which is necessary a journey through the history and evolution of this equipment around the world and in a local level, then in a diagnosis stage the problems of parish's population and architecture are analyze. In the next stage the recollected data is program, and it is summarize into the preliminary design of the market, thus problems are solved and the virtues of the parish are exploit, resulting in an integrated project, aware of the reality of the population, and the natural and built environment.\n\nAlso is investigated a construction system used as facade cladding. The gabion wall is chosen for its aesthetic and structural advantages that allow durability, low maintenance, simplicity of construction and because it allows use stone as the main material, and this is very characteristic of the parish Baños.es_ES
