| dc.description | El presente trabajo investigativo tiene por finalidad, la verificación estadística del cumplimiento por parte del Estado de los derechos de las personas privadas de libertad internas en el Centro de Rehabilitación Social TURI dentro del último trimestre del 2017; con la aplicación del sistema de rehabilitación integral y reinserción social, teniendo como objetivo verificar la eficiencia y eficacia de la rehabilitaicón social en el sistema penitenciario del Azuay, para lo cual se realizó el análisis de normas jurídicas, doctrina, encuestas y entrevistas al Director encargado, Guías Penitenciarios y Personas Privadas de la Libertad. Los métodos utilizados son analítico sintético e inductivo, para concluir que: las fases del plan individualizado del cumplimiento de la pena de cada persona privada de libertad, como son la información y diagnóstico; desarrollo integral personalizado e inclusión social; se cumplen de cierta manera para hacer efectivo el fin del sistema de rehabilitación, pero en la útlima fase de apoyo a liberados, no existe el seguimiento y control; por esta razón las personas privadas de libertad reinciden en conductas punibles, luego de acabar de cumplir una pena. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | The aim of this research is the statistical verification of the fulfillment by the State concerning the rights of individuals deprived of their liberty at the TURI Social Rehabilitation Center in the last quarter of 2017; with the appliance of the comprehensive rehaabilitation and social reintegration system, aiming to verfy the efficiency and effectiveness of social rehabilitation in the prison system of the Azuay province, for which the analysis of legal norms, doctrines, surveys and interviews to the Director in charge, Prision Guides and Individuals Deprived of Liberty was carried out. The methods used were analytical-synthetic and inductive, concluding that: the stages of individualized plan of fulfillment of the imprisonment sentence of every individual deprived of liberty, such as information and diagnostics; personalized integral development and social inclusion; are met in a certain way to make applicable the purpose of the rehabilitation system, but in the last stages of assistance to those released, a lack of monitoring and control; for this cause individuals deprived of liberty relapse in repeated offences, after serving the imprisonment sentence. | es_ES |
