| dc.description | El presente trabajo de titulación realiza una investigación bibliográfica enfocada al desarrollo de un marco conceptual en el ámbito Innovaciones en Tecnologías y Construcciones, temática que es tratada en la carrera de Arquitectura de la Universidad Católica de Cuenca. El desarrollo de este material didáctico servirá de guía para elaboración de trabajos de titulación y tareas en general con respecto a la materia, por parte de futuras generaciones estudiantiles. El documento desarrollado presenta un contenido teórico indispensable tanto para los profesionales y futuros profesionales en arquitectura, dirigiéndose a la práctica constructiva y metódica que afianza los conocimientos mediante la revisión de las técnicas de construcción más utilizadas, con el fin de fortalecer la enseñanza de la disciplina tanto para el docente cuanto para el alumno, solucionando necesidades presentadas a lo largo de la vida estudiantil y proyectando de esta manera el correcto ejercicio profesional por parte de cada párvulo. El compendio presenta un análisis evaluativo de conocimientos mediante un sistema de encuestas, dando la pauta a temas trascendentales para la investigación pedagógica, a la vez que se efectúa la revisión bibliográfica con el fin de ir a la par de los resultados evidenciados en la indagación, dirigido a la correcta redacción del marco conceptual, que compila su contenido a la temática principal sobre metodologías de construcción y a sus tecnologías, proporcionando la guía necesaria para futuras investigaciones, para finalmente enfocarnos en las consideraciones a tomar en cuenta sobre el manejo de la cátedra dentro de la carrera de arquitectura realizando una reseña de la elaboración del presente escrito. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | This paper creates a literature search aimed on the development of a theoretical framework in the field of Innovations in Technology and Building, subject that is given in the Architecture career at the Catholic University of Cuenca. The development of this teaching material will act as a guide for degree works and overall tasks regarding the subject, by future student peers. The developed document offers an essential theoretical content for professionals and future professionals in architecture, addressing the constructive and methodical practice that strengthens knowledge by reviewing the most commonly used building techniques, in order to reinforce the teaching of the subject by the teacher as for the student, solving needs obtained through student life and thus setting the proper professional practice by each toddler. The compendium offers an evaluative analysis of knowledge through a survey system, giving guidelines to important topics for educational research, at the same time that the bibliographic review is completed and in order to go hand by hand with the results showed in the inquiry, which is aimed to the appropriate wording of the theoretical framework, which compiles its contents to the main topic of building methodologies and its technologies, providing the necessary guidance for future researches, to finally focus on the issues to keep in mind on the management of the subject within the career making a review of the development of this document. | es_ES |
