| dc.description | Los niños y niñas que viven en la Comunidad Ángel Rouby, son de origen Shuar, provienen y viven en familias de bajos ingresos, quienes no adquieren el mismo desarrollo cognitivo que aquellos que viven con familias sin dificultades económicas significativas.\nEl consumo insuficiente de nutrientes, la pobreza, el poco conocimiento acerca de los hábitos adecuados de alimentación, la supresión del consumo de leche materna en menores de 6 meses, son factores que favorecen la desnutrición, y esta tiene relación con el menor desarrollo cognitivo que tienen los niños y niñas, el cual está relacionado con el desarrollo emocional o afectivo, así como con el desarrollo social y el biológico.\nEl desarrollo infantil en el Ecuador es parte del Plan del Buen Vivir, y en la Comunidad Ángel Rouby existe el Centro Integral del Buen Vivir, espacio físico adecuado para la atención de 30 niños y niñas de 12 a 48 meses de edad, cuyos padres y madres trabajan fuera de casa, cuya finalidad es lograr una mejor calidad de vida para los niños, niñas y sus familias.\nEn los capítulos de la investigación se analizan una serie de referencias bibliográficas, que trata sobre la alimentación y nutrición, las causas, las alternativas de solución, y su influencia con el desarrollo cognitivo. También se revisa la legislación ecuatoriana, y se desarrolla una fase de campo en la que se registran los menús alimenticios, peso y talla de los niños, se realizan pruebas de identificación y los correspondientes análisis, para así determinar las condiciones en las que se encuentran y que acompañado a resultados de encuestas, entrevistas y evaluaciones de enseñanza – aprendizaje obtener información verídica, que nos permita estimar evidencias para inferir en el desarrollo cognitivo y como está influenciado por la nutrición y alimentación que reciben en el CIBV. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | The children and children who live in the Community Angel Rouby, are of Shuar origin, come and live in families of low income, that do not acquire he himself cognitive development that those that lives with families without significant economic difficulties.\nThe insufficient consumption of nutrients, the poverty, the little knowledge about the suitable habits of feeding, the suppression of the maternal milk consumption in minors of 6 months, is factors that favor the undernourishment, and this has relation with the smaller cognitive development than they have the children and children, who are related to the emotional or affective development, as well as with the social development and the biological one.\nThe infantile development in Ecuador is part of the Plan of the Good one To live, and in the Community Angel Rouby it exists the Integral Center of the Good one For living, suitable physical space for the attention of 30 children and children of 12 to 48 months of age, whose parents and mothers work abroad, whose purpose is to obtain one better quality of life for the children, children and their families.\nIn the chapters of the investigation a series of bibliographical references is analyzed, that treats on the feeding and nutrition, the causes, the solution alternatives, and their influence with the cognitive development. Also the Ecuadorian legislation is reviewed, and a phase of field in which the nutritional menus are registered, weight is developed and carves of the children, are made identification tests and the corresponding analyses, thus to determine the conditions in which they are and that accompanied to results of surveys, interviews and evaluations of education - learning to obtain true data, that it allows us to consider evidences to infer in the cognitive development and like it is influenced by the nutrition and feeding that receive in the CIBV. | es_ES |
