dc.descriptionLa insuficiencia renal crónica es la manifestación final de diversas enfermedades, su incidencia se ha potencializado, convirtiéndose en un problema de salud frecuente, influenciando negativamente en la calidad de vida de las personas que la padecen. Objetivo analizar la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud y su relación con factores sociodemográficos y morbilidad, de los pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica del centro de salud Nº 1 Azogues. Materiales y métodos. Estudio analítico corte transversal realizado a 31 pacientes con diagnóstico de insuficiencia renal crónica terminal con tratamiento en hemodiálisis trisemanal que pertenecen al centro de salud No 1 de Azogues, para la recolección de la información se aplicó el cuestionario KDQOL SF 36 en la versión de española, el mismo que se distribuye en 8 dimensiones de salud física y mental: función física, limitaciones de rol por problemas de salud físicos, limitaciones de rol por problemas de salud emocionales, la función social, bienestar psicológico, dolor, vitalidad/cansancio, y percepción global de la salud. Resultados se pudo determinar e identificar que las dimensiones más afectadas en la calidad de vida de los pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica terminal son todos los factores analizados (1. Función Física, 2. Función sexual, 3. Función laboral, 4. Relación social, 5. Dolor corporal, 6. Percepción de la salud, 7. Salud mental y 8. Vitalidad/Cansancio), independiente de la comorbilidad que presente el paciente, la afectación es sustancial y directamente proporcional a los elementos analizados. Conclusión encontrándose afectado en gran medida la calidad de vida de pacientes con IRCT del centro de salud Nº 1 de la ciudad de Azogues.es_ES
dc.description.abstractChronic renal failure is the final manifestation of various diseases, its incidence has been potentiated, becoming a frequent health problem, negatively influencing the quality of life of people who suffer from it. Objective: To analyze the quality of life related to health and its relationship with sociodemographic factors and morbidity of patients with chronic renal failure at the No 1 Azogues health center. Materials and methods. Cross-sectional analytical study performed on 31 patients with a diagnosis of terminal chronic renal failure with tri- weekly hemodialysis treatment belonging to the health center N0 1 of Azogues. For the collection of information, the questionnaire KDQOL SF 36 was applied in the Spanish version. the same that is distributed in 8 dimensions of physical and mental health: physical function, role limitations due to physical health problems, role limitations due to emotional health problems, social function, psychological well-being, pain, vitality / fatigue, and perception global health Results We could determine and identify that the most affected dimensions in the quality of life of patients with terminal chronic renal failure are all factors analyzed (1. Physical Function, 2. Sexual Function, 3. Labor Function, 4. Social Relationship, 5. Corporal pain, 6. Perception of health, 7. Mental health and 8. Vitality / Tiredness), regardless of the comorbidity that the patient presents, the affectation is substantial and directly proportional to the analyzed elements. Conclusion. The quality of life of patients with ESRD at the health center N0 1 of the city of Azogues was greatly affected.es_ES
