dc.description | Objetivo: Determinar la prevalencia y factores asociados al embarazo adolescente en el Hospital Obstétrico Ángela Loayza de Ollague Santa Rosa. El Oro.\nMateriales y Métodos: El presente estudio es de tipo básica, cuantitativadescriptiva de corte transversal, la muestra está constituida por las 150 adolescentes embarazadas, encontradas en el Hospital Obstétrico Ángela\nLoayza de Ollague Santa Rosa. El Oro, de Abril- Octubre .El instrumento utilizado fue un formulario previamente validado. Existiendo variables dependientes e independientes tales como:\nVariables dependientes: Edad, estado civil, nivel escolar, controles prenatales, complicaciones obstétricas\nVariable independiente: Comportamientos de riesgo, mecanismos de adaptación. Los resultados fueron procesados en el sistema SPSS 15.00 versión Evaluación. \nResultados: En nuestro estudio realizado a las adolescentes embarazadas encontramos que el 36,0% quedaron embarazadas a los 16 años, el 19,3% tuvieron su primer embarazo a los 15 años, el 16,7% a los 17 años, el 10,7% a los 14 años, el 9,3% a los 18 años y el 8,0% a los 19 años. Entonces aquí podemos\nobservar que el índice de embarazos más alto es a los 16 años.\nConclusiones: En nuestro estudio realizado, los factores que afectan al embrazo adolescente se destaca con mayor porcentaje la Anemia con el 26,0%, infecciones del tracto urinario con el 17,3%, sangrado transvaginal el 8,0%, hipertensión inducido en el embarazo el 1,3%. En nuestra investigación realizada a las 150 adolescentes embarazadas tenemos que el 67,3% tienen una sola gesta, el 25,3% presentan 2 gestas y el 7,3% tiene 3 gestas. | es_ES |
