| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación sobre el Desarrollo del Módulo de Producción para el Sistema Informático para Trabajo Social se la realizó en la Clínica Humanitaria, ubicada en la ciudad de Cuenca sector Feria Libre dedicada a la prestación de servicios de salud. La institución se dirige al segmento de usuarios de escasos recursos económicos que son atendidos en manera integral y para ello cuentan con un equipo interdisciplinario. Por el alto nivel de transacciones realizadas por el departamento de Trabajo Social se hace necesario el desarrollo e implementación de una tecnología orientada a la Inteligencia de Negocios, este trabajo de investigación está enfocado a mejorar significativamente la toma de decisiones de la jefatura de Trabajo Social para optimizar recursos. | es_ES |
