| dc.description | El presente trabajo de graduación tiene como finalidad determinar la prevalencia del consumo de bebidas alcohólicas en un conjunto de jóvenes estudiantes, determinando el género y la edad de inicio de consumo, el tipo de licor, quienes alcanzaron la ebriedad, que tanto saben sobre los efectos que tiene el alcohol en la salud.\nObjetivo: Determinar la prevalencia y factores asociados al consumo de bebidas alcohólicas en adolescentes estudiantes que cursan el tercer año de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Chordeleg, Chordeleg – Azuay – Ecuador, mayo - octubre 2015.\nMateriales y Métodos: Se utilizara un estudio descriptivo, observacional, cuantitativo de corte transversal, en este proyecto se determinará cuantitativamente la prevalencia de este problema de salud pública, para la obtención de los datos, previa autorización de sus representantes legales mediante un consentimiento informado, además del asentimiento informado dispuesto a los adolescentes, se realizaron encuestas a los estudiantes que cursan los diferentes paralelos del tercer año de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Chordeleg, en las que constaron las variables sociodemográficas y sus modalidades de estudio, los resultados se presentan en tablas simples y de doble entrada, para lo cual se utilizó el programa estadístico SPSS 22.00 versión evaluación.\nResultados: En el estudio encontramos que la prevalencia de consumo de bebidas alcohólicas en los adolescentes estudiantes que cursan el tercer año de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Chordeleg es del 46,3% (n= 37estudiantes). Se ha podido comprobar a través del Chi Cuadrado, que los factores con prevalencia en el consumo de bebidas alcohólicas son: factores coexistentes en este caso:\n1. Circulo de amigos/as con conductas peligrosas.\n2. Provenir de familias disfuncionales.\n3. Haber ingerido bebidas alcohólicas anteriormente.\nConclusiones: Entre los adolescentes estudiantes que fueron parte de esta investigación entre mayo y octubre del año 2015, un porcentaje importante ha consumido bebidas alcohólicas 83.8% (n= 67 estudiantes). | es_ES |
