dc.descriptionEl presente estudio de caso se realizó en la Provincia de Cañar parroquia Honorato Vázquez sector Charon Ventanas en la “Asociación de Trabajadores Agrícolas 3 de Mayo” la misma que tiene como fin el trabajo y producción agrícola ejecutada por los miembros de la Asociación, quienes han llevado la administración sin control de gestión contable y administrativo, presentando irregularidades en la aplicación de los requerimientos del organismo de control SEPS (superintendencia de economía popular y solidaria), generando multas y gastos innecesarios, reprocesos, y mal manejo de fondos en las cuentas de activos disponibles como caja, cuentas por cobrar, ventas, y compra de leche. Por tal motivo se destaca como objetivo general del presente estudio “Diseñar un Sistema de Control Contable, Administrativo para la Asociación de Trabajadores Agrícolas 3 de Mayo, usando el Análisis de Control Interno que permita detectar y gestionar los riesgos internos y externos, garantizando la eficiencia y presentando veracidad de los datos contables y administrativos, con la finalidad de garantizar el uso de los recursos y el manejo contable, permitiendo cumplir con la normativa del organismo de control y a su vez impulse el cumplimiento del objetivo general de la Asociación.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis case study was conducted in the province of Cañar Honorato Vázquez parish Charon Ventanas sector in the "Association of Agricultural Workers 3 de Mayo" the same that aims at the work and agricultural production carried out by members of the Association, who have led the administration without control of accounting and administrative management, presenting irregularities in the application of the requirements of the control body SEPS (superintendence of popular and solidarity economy), generating fines and unnecessary expenses, reprocessing, and mishandling of funds in the accounts of available assets such as cash, accounts receivable, sales, and milk purchases. For this reason it stands out as a general objective of the present study "Design an Accounting, Administrative Control System for the Association of Agricultural Workers May 3, using the Internal Control Analysis to detect and manage internal and external risks, ensuring efficiency and presenting the veracity of the accounting and administrative data, with the purpose of guaranteeing the use of the resources and the accounting management, allowing compliance with the regulations of the control body and at the same time promoting compliance with the general objective of the Association.es_ES
