| dc.description | El presente Trabajo de Investigación aborda el tema: anteproyecto de remodelación y ampliación del cementerio municipal del cantón Paute.\nLa principal causa de la intervención es debido al crecimiento poblacional que presenta el cantón, además debido al interés de satisfacer la necesidad de un cantón que se destaca por ser paradero turístico el cual debe presentar equipamientos en buen estado, por lo tanto es necesario el generar una rehabilitación de los sectores en el cementerio que se hallan deteriorados, también es necesario generar nuevos espacios, esto en base a los aspectos sociales y culturales del lugar como materiales y estilo arquitectónico.\n\nEn el marco teórico metodológico se realizó con una serie de encuestas a una muy significativa parte de la población.\n\nEl contenido expuesto a continuación se basa en la investigación de conceptos relacionados al anteproyecto, así también se habla de la historia que influye en el diseño actual y en la propuesta dada al final del trabajo, también aspectos generales para la remodelación del cementerio, como son las características que se muestran en el cantón: ubicación geográfica, temas sociales y culturales, las edificaciones y el paisaje y la normativa que regula la planificación de este tipo de equipamientos; y, además se hará un diagnóstico del cementerio para destacar la ubicación, su accesibilidad, la topografía, el estado en que se encuentra y el área de influencia, finalmente se presentará una propuesta de remodelación cumpliendo con los resultados de la investigación, en base a esto generar una ampliación manteniendo los estilos arquitectónicos predominantes. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | The work research covering the item: draft of reshuffle and expansion of cemetery municipality of canton Paute.\nThe main cause of the intervention is due to the growth demographic that presents the canton, also due the interest of meet the need of a canton that is highlights by be whereabouts tourist the which should submit equipment in good condition, therefore this is necessary to generate a rehabilitation of the sectors in the cemetery that are damaged, also need to create new spaces, this based on the social and cultural aspects of place as materials and architectural style.\n \nFor the theoretical framework methodological was performed a series of surveys to a very significant part of the population.\n\nThe content exposed to continuation is based in the research of related concepts to the draft, so also speaking of the history that influences in the current design and in the proposal given at the end of the work, also general aspects for the reshuffle of the cemetery, as are the characteristics that is shown in the canton, geographical location, social issues and cultural, buildings and landscape and the rules that regulates planning of this type of equipment, and also it will a diagnosis of cemetery for highlight the location, its accessibility, the topography, the state in that found and area of influence, finally is submit a proposal of reshuffle fulfilling with the results of the research in base this generate an extension maintaining the styles architectural predominant. | es_ES |
