dc.descriptionAntecedentes Durante el periodo de gestación se evidencian factores determinantes conocidos como de riesgo para el embarazo, que varían de acuerdo al tiempo de gestación, lo cual altera a la calidad de vida de la embarazada y al mismo tiempo al feto. Una buena calidad de vida ayuda a reducir alteraciones durante el embarazo. Objetivo General: Identificar los factores determinantes en la calidad de vida de la gestante. Métodos: Esta investigación constituye una revisión sistemática mediante el método PRISMA para la búsqueda y elección de los artículos entorno a estudios sobre la calidad de vida de las gestantes; las bases de datos utilizadas fueron: Scielo, Redalyc, PUBMED, Google académico y Dialnet; realizado durante el periodo mayo y octubre de 2022. Resultados: Se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica de artículos publicados entre los años 2017 a 2022 encontradas en las bases de datos mencionadas, por el criterio de exclusión se obtuvo 22 estudios, de los cuales se extrajo información que nos ayudó a concluir que las variables sociodemográficas más frecuentes fue la edad de 20 a 35 años de gestación, con un nivel educativo secundario, vivían en unión libre, el grupo de raza sobresaliente eran mestizas y de zona urbana. La mayoría contaba con un nivel económico bajo a su vez afectando a tener una buena calidad de vida, sin embargo, en el entorno familiar la gestante mantenía una buena convivencia y el componente más afectado fue la salud física.es_ES
dc.description.abstractBackground: During the gestation period, there are determinant aspects known as risk factors for pregnancy, that vary according to the gestation period, which alters the quality of life of the pregnant woman and, at the same time, the fetus. Good living conditions help to reduce alterations during pregnancy. General objective: To identify the determining factors in the quality of life of the pregnant woman. Methods: This research is a systematic review using the PRISMA method for examining and selecting articles about studies on the life quality of pregnant women; it was conducted from May to October 2022. The databases used were: SciELO, Redalyc, PUBMED, Google Scholar, and Dialnet. Results: The study executed a bibliographic search of articles published from 2017 to 2022; these were found in the above-mentioned databases; by the exclusion criterion, 22 studies were chosen, and information was extracted that helped to conclude that the most frequent sociodemographic variables were pregnant women aged 20 to 35 years, with a secondary educational level, they lived in a common-law union, the outstanding etnia were mestizos and from the urban area. Most of them had a low economic status, affecting their living standard. However, in the family environment, the pregnant woman maintained a good coexistence, and the most affected component was physical health.es_ES
