| dc.description | Antecedentes: Según un estudio mundial sobre cesárea en adolescentes hay “mayor incidencia por desproporción cefalopélvica en adolecentes tempranas en un 24%, y en las tardías en un 14,3%” (5).\nTítulo: Prevalencia Y Factores Asociados De Cesárea En Adolescentes En El Hospital Materno Infantil Santa Mariana De Jesús Guayaquil-Ecuador, Febrero-Julio 2015.\nObjetivo: Determinar la Prevalencia y Factores Asociados De Cesárea En Adolescentes del Hospital Materno Infantil Santa Mariana De Jesús Guayaquil-Ecuador, Febrero-Julio 2015.\nMateriales y Métodos: Estudio básico cuantitativo descriptivo de corte transversal, el universo fue constituido por todas las adolescentes que ingresaron al Hospital Materno Infantil Santa Mariana de Jesús, área de hospitalización. La muestra no probabilística consecutiva fue constituida por 96 adolescentes el total del universo, posteriormente se aplicó una encuesta previamente validada, se garantiza los procesos bioéticos del centro de investigación. Los datos fueron analizados en el programa SPSS 15.00 (versión evaluación).\nResultados: En la población investigada encontramos que, de las 96 adolescentes el (57,3%) pertenecen al nivel precario, su estado civil es unión libre en un 75%, el (62,5%) fueron sometidas a cesárea y el (37,5%) tuvieron parto eutócico. Siendo como factor causal la ruptura prematura de membranas en un 10 %, 9.4% por estenosis pelviana y el 6.3% a causa de sufrimiento fetal.\nConclusiones: Actualmente en las pacientes adolescentes sometidas a cesárea tuvo mayor influenza la ruptura prematura de membranas así como sufrimiento fetal aumentado los riesgos de morbimortalidad materno fetal. | es_ES |

Title: prevalence and associated factors of cesarean section in adolescents in the Mother and Child Hospital St. Mariana de Jesus, Guayaquil-Ecuador, February-July 2015. Objective: To determine the prevalence and associated factors of cesarean section in adolescents of the Mother and Child Hospital St. Mariana de Jesus Guayaquil-Ecuador, February-July 2015. Materials and Methods: basic study quantitative descriptive cross-sectional, the universe was formed by all the adolescents who were admitted to the Mother and Child Hospital St. Mariana de Jesus, area of hospitalization. The sample non-probabilistic consecutive was constituted by 96 teenagers of the total of the universe, subsequently, a survey was applied previously validated; the processes of the bioethical research center are guaranteed. The data were analyzed in the SPSS program 15.00 (evaluation version). Results: In the investigated population we found that, of the 96 adolescents (57.3 %) belong to the precarious level, their marital status is free union by 75 %, (62.5 %) were undergoing cesarean section and the (37.5 %) had eutocic delivery. It being as causal factor premature rupture of membranes by 10%, 9.4% for pelvic stenosis and 6.3% because of fetal distress. Conclusions: Currently in adolescent patients undergoing cesarean section had the greatest influence the premature rupture of membranes as well as fetal distress increasing the risk of maternal-fetal morbimortality. | es_ES |
