dc.description | Antecedentes: El período previo al parto suele provocar niveles considerables de ansiedad por la llegada del nuevo ser que pueden incidir sobre la vitalidad del neonato.\nObjetivo: Determinar el nivel de ansiedad en las pacientes previo cesárea electiva e impacto en la vitalidad del recién nacido, Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo Guayaquil Mayo Octubre 2105\nMateriales y Métodos: La presente investigación fue de tipo descriptivo, cuantitativo, observacional y de corte transversal, lo cual permitió determinar el nivel de ansiedad previo cesárea electiva e impacto en la vitalidad del recién nacido. Se empleó la Escala APAIS y el test de APGAR.\nResultados: Los principales factores asociados a los niveles de ansiedad se relacionan con la falta de información con respecto a la anestesia (47,2%), y acerca del proceso de intervención quirúrgica (43,2%). La mayor parte de los neonatos (44%) demostró un nivel de depresión moderado, seguido por quienes habían presentado una depresión severa (29%).\nConclusiones: El estado de ansiedad de la madre se relaciona significativamente con en el estado de la vitalidad del niño debido a que en la escala de ansiedad APAIS las madres revelaron un nivel de ansiedad significativo del 29%, relacionándose en gran medida con el nivel de depresión moderada del 44% de los neonatos, de igual manera solo un porcentaje menor total al 13% evidenció en la escala APAIS niveles bajos de ansiedad, relacionándose con la excelente condición que solo la obtuvieron el 27% de los neonatos. | es_ES |
dc.description.resumen | Background: The process of pregnancy is considered a very important development transition in the life of the woman, which involves a series of psychological and emotional changes that affect their mental and emotional state. Given this pre-natal period often causes considerable anxiety levels by the arrival of the new being that can affect the vitality of the newborn.\nObjective: To determine the level of anxiety in patients before elective Caesarean section and impact on the vitality of the newborn, Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo Guayaquil June November 2105\nMaterials and Methods: This research was descriptive, quantitative, observational and cross-sectional, allowing determining the level of anxiety before elective Caesarean section and impact on the vitality of the newborn.
