| dc.description | El trabajo de investigación cuyo tema es elaboración de un manual de procesos para el control de la cuentas caja y bancos de la Unidad Educativa Cristiana Emanuel para el año 2013.\nEl primer capítulo contiene el planteamiento del problema, de la misma forma que señala el objetivo general, los objetivos específicos, la justificación mediante este proceso se analiza el problema de la institución, causas, efectos; razón que se realiza la investigación para encontrar soluciones del problema planteado que utilizamos para el desarrollo de la presente tesina.\nEn el segundo capítulo se presenta una relación generalizada de los antecedentes investigativos, la fundamentación en la que se basa, el investigador en forma directa así como también la hipótesis que se requiere comprobar y las variables.\nEn el tercer capítulo comprende la descripción de la metodología empleada para el desarrollo de la investigación tanto obtener información como para el análisis de los datos. Así mismo se puede observar el tipo y modalidad de la investigación, la población, la operacionalización de variables, plan de recolección y procesamiento de la información.\nEn el cuarto capítulo en esta parte de la investigación se puede observar el análisis de las entrevistas realizadas a las personas que laboran en el departamento financiero y administrativo en interpretar los resultados.\nEn el quinto capítulo tenemos las conclusiones y recomendaciones desde el punto de vista de la autora.\nEn el sexto capítulo este capítulo es importante ya que detalla la solución al problema de investigación, mediante la propuesta el mismo que se encuentra enfocado en los principales procedimientos que realiza la institución con la finalidad de proporcionar alternativas de mejoramiento y que promuevan el desarrollo de la institución. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | The research which theme is elaboration of a manual of processes for the control of the accounts cash desk and bank with the purpose of the Unidad Educativa Cristiana Emanuel for the year 2013.\nThe first chapter contains the approach to the problem the same way that it shows the general objective, the specific objectives, the justification through which the problem of the institution, causes, and effects are analyzed; reason why the research is developed to find solutions for the problem posed that we use for the development of the following research.\nIn the second chapter a generalized relation of the background research, the source in which the researcher directly bases, also the hypothesis that is required to prove and the variables are shown.\nThe third chapter includes the description of the methodology used for the development of the research both to obtain information and for the analysis of the data. The same way it is possible to observe the type and modality of the research, the population, the operation of variables, plan of recollection, and information processing.\nIn the fourth chapter it is possible to observe the analysis of the interviews to the people who work in the financial and administrative department in interpreting the results.\nIn the fifth chapter we have the conclusions and recommendations from the point of view of the author.\nThe sixth chapter is important since it details the solution to the problem of research through the proposition which is focused in the main procedures that the institution performs with the finality to provide alternatives of improvement that promote the development of it | es_ES |
