El derecho al olvido y la necesidad a la protección al buen nombre en el Ecuador

Abstract

In this article on the Right to be Forgotten and the need to protect the Good Name of Ecuador, it became evident there is a lack of objectivity that guarantees the Right to be Forgotten, this has affected the Good Name of the person in Ecuador, therefore the importance of applying the subject in society is to obtain effective judicial actions that guarantee the right to be forgotten and protect the good name of the person. For this the objective was to analyze it in a legal way with the Constitution of the Republic, doctrine and jurisprudence, to guarantee the qualitative effect of the investigation where it was possible to tell that there is a lack of objective norm in the Ecuadorian legal system, which despite being within the habeas data and access to information does not comply with supporting the protection of the good name.
