dc.description | Objetivo: Determinar la prevalencia y factores asociados de la infección de vías urinarias en mujeres de 18 a 30 años, atendidas en el área de clínica y emergencia del Hospital Santa Teresita, Santa Rosa de Mayo-Octubre del 2014.\nMateriales y métodos: Es un trabajo de tipo cuantitativo de corte transversal, el instrumento utilizado fue la encuesta previamente validada, se aplicó a 160 pacientes mujeres atendidas en el Hospital Santa Teresita. Los resultados fueron procesados en el sistema SPSS 15.00 versión evaluación.\nResultados: En el trabajo encontramos que la prevalencia de infección de vías urinarias es del 61,3%, los factores asociados a la infección son: el 91,9% (147) pacientes tienen vida sexual activa, el 69,4%(111) tienen un compañero sexual durante su vida, el 66,9% (107) asean sus genitales de forma correcta de adelante hacia atrás, 66,9% (107) manifiestan que tienen leucorrea, presentan síntomas de infección de vías urinarias continuamente un 58,1%(93) pacientes, un 77,5% (124) pacientes no reciben charlas educativas acerca del tema en el Hospital Santa Teresita por lo tanto hay un cierto grado de desconocimiento acerca de la infección de vías urinarias. | es_ES |
dc.description.resumen | Objective: Establish the prevalence and factors associated of urinary tract infection in woman of 18 to 30 years, catered in the area of clinical and hospital emery Santa Teresita, Santa Rosa of Mayo-October 2014.\nMaterials and methods: It is a work quantitative cross-sectional. The instrument used was poll previously validated; this was applied to 160 female patients catered in the Hospital Santa Teresita. The result was processed in the system SPSS 15.00 evaluation version.\nResults: At the work we found that the prevalence of urinary tract infection is 61,3 % the factors associated to the infection are : the 91,9 % (147) the patients have a sexually active life , the 69,4% (111) have a sexual partner in their lifetime, the 66,9 % (107) clean their genitals in a good way towards from back , the 66,9 % (107) Manifest that have leucorrhea , present symptoms of infection of urinary tract infection continually to 58,1 %(93) patients, 77,5 %(124) patients do not receive educational chatter about the subject in the Hospital Santa Teresita therefore there is a certain degree of ignorance about the urinary tract infection. | es_ES |
