dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de anteproyecto presenta una propuesta arquitectónica para el “DISEÑO DEL PARQUE LINEAL BIMBAMBUM A RIBERAS DEL RÍO SANTA BÁRBARA DEL CANTÓN GUALACEO, RECUPERANDO ÁREAS VERDES ABANDONADAS Y UTILIZANDO MATERIALES ECOLÓGICOS”. Tiene como objetivo recuperar y conservar el área verde ubicado a riberas del río Santa Bárbara que se encuentra en continuo deterioro por el mal uso de las personas, debido a la falta de mobiliario urbano y espacios verdes para la re-creación y descanso de las personas de una forma tranquila y segura. El anteproyecto está diseñado referente a distintos lineamientos como: la Política del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Gualaceo para parques lineales; datos obtenidos de las encuestas y entrevistas realizadas; y los resultados del diagnóstico según las características físicas y ambientales del sitio. Estos datos permiten elaborar una propuesta arquitectónica accesible con el ambiente donde se respeta y conserva el entorno natural, para aumentar y embellecer la infraestructura del sector, con un diseño que beneficie a todos los usuarios brindando comodidad, tranquilidad y seguridad en distintas zonas para el descanso, recreación y deporte. La propuesta arquitectónica del anteproyecto tiene un trazo geométrico que permiten garantizar la protección del medio ambiente y tomar en cuenta a personas con capacidades diferentes consiguiendo un diseño novedoso y con identidad.es_ES
dc.description.resumenThis preliminary project presents an architectural proposal for the "DESIGN OF THE BIMBAMBUM LINEAR PARK TO RIBERAS DEL RÍO SANTA BÁRBARA DEL CANTÓN GUALACEO, RECOVERING ABANDONED GREEN AREAS AND USING ECOLOGICAL MATERIALS". Its objective is to recover and conserve the green area located on the banks of the Santa Barbara river that is in continuous deterioration by the misuse of the people, due to the lack of urban furniture and green spaces for the recreation and rest of the people of a safe and quiet way. The preliminary draft is designed in relation to different guidelines such as: The Decentralized Autonomous Government Policy of the Canton Gualaceo for linear parks; data obtained from surveys and interviews; and the results of the diagnosis according to the physical and environmental characteristics of the site. These data allow the elaboration of an architectural proposal accessible to the environment where the natural environment is respected and preserved, to increase and beautify the infrastructure of the sector, with a design that benefits all users providing comfort, tranquility and security in different areas for rest, recreation and sport. The architectonic proposal of the preliminary project has a geometric trace that allows to guarantee the protection of the environment and to take into account to people with different capacities obtaining a novel design and with identity.es_ES
