dc.descriptionLa presente investigación sobre la Identificación y Evaluación Inicial de riesgos de seguridad y salud ocupacional para la Clínica Humanitaria Pablo Jaramillo Crespo de la Ciudad de Cuenca en el año 2014; se ejecutó con el objetivo de identificar apropiadamente los diferentes riesgos de trabajo a los cuales los colaboradores se encuentran expuestos en el desarrollo de sus actividades diarias y que contribuyan al planteamiento de medidas de control orientadas a la prevención de accidentes y enfermedades en el trabajo. Se inició con una investigación descriptiva, para la cual, los instrumentos de estudio empleados fueron reuniones grupales con los funcionarios de la Fundación, así como, la revisión y análisis de la documentación institucional. A partir de éstos se obtuvieron resultados reveladores acerca de la insuficiente identificación y gestión de los riesgos ocupacionales, la necesidad de un método que permita realizar el reconocimiento y evaluación de los mismos y una adecuada selección del personal de acuerdo a los riesgos identificados.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present research about the Identification and Appraisal of safety and health occupational risks for Pablo Jaramillo Crespo Humanitarian Clinic of the city of Cuenca in 2014; was made with the objective of identify properly the different risks of work which employees are exposed in the development of their daily activities and contribute to approach control measures aimed at preventing accidents and illness at work. It began with a descriptive research, for which the survey instruments used were group meetings with workers of the Foundation, as well as the review and analysis of institutional documentation. From these revealing results about the insufficient identification and management of occupational risks, the need for a method for the recognition and evaluation of these and an appropriate selection of personnel according to the risks identified.
