Abstract

In recent years, electronic invoicing has considerably impacted Ecuador's business environment. Its application has transformed how companies operate, providing several advantages to users. Unfortunately, in Ecuador, many companies use customized electronic invoicing systems that sometimes lack a complete and proper structure. Therefore, this project aims to introduce innovative options to streamline the execution of repetitive tasks, such as manually entering information through the design and development of a multiplatform electronic invoicing SaaS system integrated into government services. This system was first developed by analyzing the requirements of the users and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to continue its development under the agile SCRUM framework.
