Unfortunately, this is not evident in all families, which is why the objective of this research is to determine the relationship between resilience in the face of family violence and academic performance in high school students, through the analysis of the contributions of recent research. This study is characterized by having a qualitative, descriptive approach, a bibliographic analysis, and the information management was conducted in the digital database of the Catholic University of Cuenca, with information from Scielo, Redalyc, Rraae, Scopus, among others, in which updated information on the variables under study was collected. The results reflect the existence of a high relationship between resilience to family violence and the academic performance of high school students, which motivated the development of a psychoeducational intervention proposal with resilience workshops. academic. It is concluded that experiences of family abuse generate a series of negative consequences that directly affect the school performance of high school students. At the same time, it is concluded that resilience emerges as a key factor to mitigate the negative effects of family violence. since it is proven that students who develop coping skills, have a solid support system, and maintain a positive attitude toward life are more likely to achieve academic success.
