This project compared several methodologies for analyzing the structure of various ecological and institutional networks by creating modules or groups to study complex network communities. This was done by applying these methods in the Spyder tool and the Python programming language. From this process, the graphs of each network were obtained with a customized presentation to differentiate communities and nodes. Additionally, with the data acquired from implementing these methodologies, it was possible to mention each network's best and worst node clustering methods. This was done by presenting the results in a series of tables showing various values of the network structure. Finally, a series of recommendations were made regarding the issue of community creation methods and their use and the link between the data types to be subjected to structural processes and analysis due to the discussion generated from the results obtained and the comparison with other works.
