- ÍtemAcceso Abierto“Educación financiera como estrategia de ahorro post pandemia en MiPymes Azogues-Ecuador”(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2022) Guzmán Pacheco, Jenniffer Johanna; Reyes Cárdenas, Narciza Azucena; 0302728878; ., .Financial education is relevant when making financial decisions within organizations since it allows to efficiently manage the tools that it provides for adequate management of the companies' financial resources. This research article analyzes financial education as a post-pandemic strategy in MSMEs Azogues-Ecuador. For the development of this study, a methodology based on an exploratory and descriptive quantitative approach with a transversal axis and non-experimental cut was used. Information was collected by surveying 360 MSMEs in the Azogues canton. As a result, 65% of the respondents knew about financial education, of which only 36% applied savings methods in their enterprises. The highest percentage ofthe application was the elimination of ant expenses with a percentage of 54%. In conclusion, financial education is only limited to theoretical knowledge within the MSMEs, which shows a deficiency in the correct use of financial tools. Therefore, it is essential to provide training support on this topic since it would positively impact their competitive development.
