he present market research was developed in Azogues, Cañar province, in order to offering a new product for pigs, called "polvillo", which will contain healthy nutrients that will help the best development and fattening of the animal, and this will help families financially. For this reason, the general objective of this study is "Design a business model, based on the market research and investment for the generation of a new product for feeding porcine animals in nutritious and healthy conditions." for this reason a result was obtained as there are groups of families that are dedicated to raising pigs, But the high cost of the products offered by the market now, low-income people cannot access these. Therefore, the company El Rancho will offer products high quality and economical, like El Polvillo which is made with rice husk and other additives, and in this way you will get a better profitability and in the same way you will improve the swine production system in the Canton Azogues.
