Ítem Acceso Abierto Hábitos de alimentación de los internos de enfermería del Hostipal José Carreasco Arteaga en tiempos de pandemia(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2020) Quinteros Ochoa, Deysi Fernanda; Yunganaula Solis, Jessenia Magaly; Cordero Zumba, Nancy Beatriz; 0302960570; 0302703715; ., .Introduction: Eating habits help to select, prepare and consume food as part of the day ' e to day, the same that are conditioned by economic factors. Objective: To determine the eating habits of the nursing intems of the osé Carrasco Arteaga Hospital in times of pandemic. Method: Non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional study, with a quantitative approach. Toe sample consisted of 105 nursing intems. A survey was applied by: Fabiana Carolina Álvarez on eating habits and physical activity during confinement. A descriptive analysis was carried out using percentages, frequencies and measures of central tendency. Results: An increase in the frequency of consumption of; cereals and derivatives (38.1 % ), milk ( 41 % ), whole fruits, vegetables, vegetables ( 40.9% ), fruit juices (32.3%), nuts (30.5%), while in eating behavior, the amount offood consumed decreased (42.9%) nd the variety of foods increased (47.6%). Durin g confinement, a 31.4% decrease was observed in the nsumption of the 5 main meals. It was identified that the influ encing factor is the preference to go shopping for food with (26.6%). Conclusions: Nursing intems maintain ed good eating habits durin g the Covid 19 pandemic.
