Ítem Solo Metadatos Modelo de gestión administrativa para la microempresa UNILAC Lácteos Únicos(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2022) Encalada Narváez, Rubén Danilo; Orbe Guaraca, Mariory Priscila; 035016056-0An administrative management model is directed to achieve the company´s objectives; to do this, planning, organization, guidance, and control needs to be addressed and optimally applied. For this reason, this study aims to design an administrative management model for the UNILAC dairy microenterprise. The methodological design is based on qualitative-quantitative research with descriptive scope, where the survey technique was carried out to collect data using a questionnaire applied to a sample with a probabilistic and stratified calculation, that is, applied to two reporting agents: 1) microenterprise employees; 2) its potential market in the Cañar canton-Ecuador where the research was carried out. Results show that the perception on the implementation of planning activities are carried out on 84%, 80% in the organization, 85% in the management area, and 72% in control activities. At the same time, the limitation of the microenterprises are seen at the internal communication level as well as with their stakeholders. About its potential market, a low marketing participation is perceived; the company needs to strengthen its administrative management to achieve the desired marketplace positioning.
