Implementing a digital platform that allows the jewelry sector in Chordeleg, Azuay province, to have an online presence is feasible. A study was conducted through targeted surveys separately administered to both customers and business managers, gathering 32 responses from managers and 29 from users. For the analysis of the responses, the statistical software SPSS was used. Given that the sample size obtained for both groups was less than 50, the Shapiro-Wilk test was conducted to identify parametric and non-parametric data. Additionally, the reliability of the responses was evaluated using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, which revealed that one question directed at customers and two questions directed at administrators scored below 0.729, confirming that the remaining five questions are reliable. This process revealed that 75% of jewelry store managers in this sector are interested in showcasing their products online, and 80% of customers believe that buying jewelry online allows them to view the entire catalog and facilitates easy purchasing. Therefore, this article presents the development of a website that systematizes the sales process for jewelry stores in Chordeleg. As a case study, "La Joyería Lofar" was considered. The objective is to design and develop a website that informs, communicates, and sells the variety of products offered by the jewelry store. The waterfall methodology, consisting of four phases, was used for this purpose: 1. Requirements Stage, 2. Design Stage, 3. Development Stage, 4. Implementation and Testing Stage. After developing the site, several tests were conducted for usability, performance, maintainability, and portability. As a result, the website is expected to enable the artisan jewelers, who have their small and medium-sized enterprises in Chordeleg, to offer, market, and sell their products online.
