Ítem Acceso Abierto Sistema scada de bajo de bajo costo para la integración de dispositivos heterogéneos del laboratorio de PLC'S de la Universidad Católica de Cuenca(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2020) Carangui Rodríguez, Wilson Ismael; Mata Quevedo, Jean Paúl; 0302045091; ., .Supervision and control of the production process is a vital function for any industry. In order to achieve this goal, it is generally necessary to use specialized computer tools, but their cost is often high. Therefore, to communicate with plant equipment and perform appropriate process monitoring, the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system must be available. This means a strong investment in hardware and software, which limits its implementation in some companies. This project introduces the design and implementation of the SCADA system to intercommunicate heterogeneous control devices in the electronic engineering laboratory, which consists of PLCs (programmable logic controllers), Raspberry, and Arduino. Research on communication, topology, and current platforms that provide the required performance for the system was launched, and Node-RED usage was defined because it is free to use and its features meet the requirements. After the subnet was created, programming was performed so that the devices would communicate with each other and a user interface was designed to interact with the system. Additionally, a database was created to store the different records of the sensors involved in this process. After system design and deployment was completed, data transmission and programming tests were run. Finally, an internship guide was created to validate the work, perform proper management, and to achieve the best performance of the process.
